CAI was the first organization to run an advertising campaign focused on making over-the-counter contraceptives affordable for all. The ads ran in late 2023 in the Washington D.C. area.

The primary campaign goal was to drive momentum and urgency for OTC contraception affordability for all and coalesce D.C. decision-makers around a roadmap with needed actions. The campaign reached an audience of 2.7 million and drove significant traffic to CAI affordability campaign web pages.
